(That gave us automatic entry into the World Championships in Reno)

- 3rd Place - Red Chili.

Saturday 5^th October

World Salsa Final – Reno, NV

- 93 contestants - 4 Preliminary tables with top 5 from each table going to Final Table.

- 2nd on our prelim. table

- 6th in World Salsa Final

We got 5 points and winner got 10!

Sunday 6^th October

World Championship Red Chili Cookoff – Reno, NV

- 131 Cooks Qualified
- 6 Preliminary Tables – top 5 from each Prelim. Table to Final

Table
- 1st Place on our prelim. table - 17 points - next best 11.
- Proceeded to final table of 30
- Top 20 finish in World Red Chili

- Received Finalist certificate.

This is really a huge improvement over past attempts and proved we are improving and learning what is required. Maybe next year!!
