Available
for 3 Hours from the time the booking is scheduled to start.
A deposit of $5 pp is required at the time the booking is
made. This deposit must be received by the Nachos Cantina location
preferred and a booking will only be confirmed when the deposit has been
received. Payment can be made at the preferred location by Cash, Credit Card or
Company Cheque (with supporting ID)
only.

Balance Payable owing on the night of your booking.
Please note: The Balance Payable must be paid on
the night of your booking or earlier. It will not decrease if you do not have
the number of persons that you booked for when your deposit was made. Please
ensure you book for the correct number when first making your booking.
Only One (1) Function Menu can be chosen per booking.
If cancellation is made after your deposit has been received,
the following will apply.
14 days or more from the booking date – Full return of
Deposit
13 to 8 days from the booking date – Half return of Deposit
7days or less from the booking date – Loss of Deposit
If you need to alter your booking date and / or you need to
increase the number of your booking after your deposit has been received, the
following will apply. We will endeavour to help you change to your new date and
/ or number required however this is strictly determined by space available for
your booking. If it is not possible, we will do our best to offer the nearest
possible date to allow your desired change.
All our Function Menus and the Drink Option
@$37pp are not valid with any other discounts or offers. They have been are
priced competitively and not open to negotiation.
If you book and pay your deposit two weeks or more in advance,
we will provide everyone in your group with one FREE Lemon, Strawberry,
Pineapple or Tropical Regular size Margarita or a Local Beer. Bookings and
deposits made less than a month prior to your booking will not include the bonus
Drink.
If the Drink Option @$37pp is required AND the booking
deposit has been made and confirmed two weeks or more in advance prior to the booking date, each
member of the group will receive a voucher for a FREE Lemon, Strawberry,
Pineapple or Tropical Regular size Margarita or a Local Beer on their next
visit.
