The Australian Chili Cookoff was part of the Victorian Chilli Festival held at the Redback Chilli Co, Jindivick, Sunday 1st April.
We represented Australia in the World Championships in the USA in September 2001.

Team Report
"Our Team arrived prepared & ready for action in Las Vegas in early October. The thought of us competing against 120 of the World's best Chili cooks ( and beating them at they our game) our primary goal.
The weather was great and so where the surroundings as we cooked up a great pot of our famous Chili. Unfortunately, the judges were not used to such quality and scored for a local brew.
Besides being satisfied we did our best as Australia's representative, it made us more determined to try again next time. We had a ball, met some great people and forwarded the Aussie Chili cause.
We would like to thank our wonderful regular customers and suppliers who backed our team and made our trip possible.
