When you purchase a gift voucher, we need to know your contact information (including name, address, email address and phone number) for delivery and contact should any problem arise. If there is an enquiry or trouble is experienced when processing an order or booking, this information is used to contact the User. This information will be saved for future orders and/ or bookings. We also require the same details for the recipient should there be any need to contact them. In order to facilitate purchases we also request financial information (including credit card number, expiration date). No credit card details are retained under any circumstances.


The User will also be given the option to sign up for our email newsletter. Once subscribed, a User is given the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of receiving emailed information or other correspondence at any time, by simply clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any newsletter email they receive from us.


We do not use cookies for collecting customer’s personal data. Cookies may be used to collect general data that is anonymous and in no way identifies viewers. Data such as website visit statistics and trends is used for statistical purposes and to improve and develop the website to enhance our customers experience online.
